Team building relies on a group of people understanding what they do well and what they do poorly. Together they apply what they do well to their projects, while trying to learn from others in the team in order to improve upon what they do poorly. A team develops when people are not afraid to speak up and voice their opinion when they feel that something is not going well in a respectful way. My team building skills improved the most this year because of my opportunity to work along side Paige Rising. I have never met a person who is so considerate of everyone they work with, while being outspoken and aggressive in getting done what's asked of them. Paige taught me that respect for everyone in the team is the key in being a successful group. I am a strong team member and leader because I respect all that I work with, while pushing people to apply their skills in a way which best benefits our team and the causes we work for.
